Our Story

In 2004 the Assemblies of God approached our Founding Pastors (Pastor Darryl & Trina Sandford) and asked if they could make a difference in Downtown Sacramento. There was an old vacant building on 15th and C st in Downtown Sacramento that needed a lot of work. They took the challenge and began the Dream Center, emulating the Los Angeles Dream Center and its multi-ministry approach of meeting the needs of the community.
In 2019, our current Pastors (Pastor Alex & Bithiah Williams) received the baton and blessing from our to move the ministry forward. Having served at the Dream Center for sometime our current pastors feel a renewed vision to bring light and love into the inner-city through continued ministry efforts, outreaches, collaboration and social-work.
